Not a comment on your selection, Wilson, but I had this bookmarked to watch today and after the news of OBL's death, it just seemed trivial and I deleted the bookmark. Again, not about you, just feels like that for the moment, the trivial political debates pale in comparison to real world news.
I had an analogous revelatory moment a few days earlier when I thought the royal wedding was silly. But everyone seemed to be in a better mood that day...
